At Floral Singapore, we are committed to delivering your flowers fresh, on time, and with care. Please read our shipping policy below for details about delivery areas, fees, and timings.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver island-wide across Singapore (except restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport transit areas, and other high-security zones).

• If you are unsure whether we can deliver to a specific location, kindly contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Delivery Timings

• Same-Day Delivery: Eta 2 hrs

• Standard Delivery Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Sunday, including public holidays).

• 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday, including public holidays).

• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday – Sunday, including public holidays).

• Custom Delivery Slots: Subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery Fees

• Island Wide General Delivery - $20.

• Specific Time Delivery - $25

(Do Indicate Timing In Remarks Column.

• Express Urgent Delivery: $30 (ETA 2 Hrs).

• Free Delivery - Grand Opening/Condolence Flower Stand or Order Above $300.

• Self-Collection: Free - You may collect your order at our studio:

Special Requests

• While we try our best to meet specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to traffic and operational constraints.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

• If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact them.

• If no one is available, your order may be:

1. Left at a safe location (if permitted), or

2. Returned to our studio for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
