Customer Service Mission
We humbly serve and strive to ensure that our flower orders, wrapped bouquets or various arrangements that we deliver to all our clients are pleased and overwhelmed to receive. Adequate care and transportation of our fresh flowers are safely delivered to all clients.
It is very important to us that our clients/recipients are happy in receiving our florals and gifts for every Order and every time.
Here are our Support Guidelines to assist you, before you entrust an order with us:
Price and Payment
- All prices of flowers, related goods, delivery, etc as listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). These prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required when placing your Online Order.
- Online transactions are processed via Credit Card payment or Internet Bank transfer.
Public Holiday Delivery
To avoid booked delivery schedule, it helps to place your Online Orders early to facilitate last minute rush. Kindly note that prior to festive holidays, we will post specific delivery schedules and charges if available.
We accept Express Delivery within 3 hours with additional nominal charge of S$25 per delivery point.
In the event that any cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the requested delivery date, the full purchase amount will be charged.
